Our Story
Hi, we're Mark and Mitch.
Before founding The Taylor Lucas Partnership in 2021, we spent many years working within the Will Writing, Estate Planning and Protection industry. During that time, we experienced the good, the bad and, at times, the ugly side of professional services.
We met some fantastic people and learned a huge amount, but we also saw first-hand how clients could be left feeling overwhelmed by confusing jargon, inconsistent service and unnecessary costs. Time and time again, we found ourselves asking the same question:
"Surely there's a better way to do this?"
In 2021, we decided to find out.
We took the leap and created The Taylor Lucas Partnership with one clear ambition: to build the kind of company we'd want our own families to use.
A company where every client is treated with patience, respect and honesty.
A company where phone calls are returned, questions are answered and people never feel like just another case number.
A company where professional Will Writing and Estate Planning are straightforward, fairly priced and accessible to everyone.
And just as importantly, a workplace where good people enjoy what they do, support one another and take genuine pride in helping families protect what matters most.
Fast forward to today, and we're incredibly proud of what our team has achieved together.
Since opening our doors, we've prepared more than 25,000 legal documents and have earned regular and consistent 5-star ratings on both Google and Trustpilot. While those milestones mean a great deal to us, what we're most proud of is the trust our clients place in us every single day.
