FAQ
A Will is a legal document that is bespoke to an individual that outlines what your wishes are after your death. You can record what should happen to your property, money and possessions. If you have a child, a Will is the only way to nominate a legal guardian that would care for your child. Should any of this apply to you, a Will is the minimum planning you need in place.
Typically, a single Will is £150.00 and a joint Will (for a co-habiting or married couple) is £250.00. All fees are inclusive of VAT.

If you live over 10 miles away from our main office but less than 30 miles, there is an additional charge of £150. We don't unfortunately conduct home visits if you live over 30 miles away from our main office. Should you require a home visit, just let one of our colleagues know during your introductory call.
The appointment you will have with a member of our specialist Will writing team will take up to 60 minutes. This is dependent on you completing the pre-appointment questionnaire you will receive after booking your appointment. By completing your pre-appointment questionnaire, this will ensure your appointment will not take any longer.
Every circumstance is different so your appointment may take less than 60 minutes but if your situation is more complex than most, it may take longer.
